Work the way your body was meant to work

Pilates, named for creator Joseph Pilates and originally called Contrology, focuses on six principles: Breath, Concentration, Control, Centering, Flow, and Precision. I wholeheartedly believe that the principles employed in Pilates allow bodies to work the way they are built to work. Daily life produces many “bad habits” that throw our bodies out of alignment; the Pilates method offers solutions to those bad habits and makes movement and exercise accessible to all bodies.
